  • City centre top floor bar and restaurant to host ABBA-themed disco comedy brunch for Mother’s Day next weekend (Saturday 14 March)

VEGA, the iconic city centre venue located on the top floor of YOTEL Glasgow on Argyle Street, is set to host an ABBA-themed disco comedy brunch for Dancing Queens from 12pm–4pm on Saturday 14 March.

The party will be provided by ABBA tribute duo, who will bring the sparkle, platform boots and iconic sing-along hits of ABBA, promising an afternoon celebrating mums as the true Super Troupers they are.

Bringing the laughs will be iconic Scottish comedy duo Jay Lafferty and Hannah Campbell, known for their hilarious podcast Joy Agenda, who will host the brunch that’s set to be filled with fun games and interactive moments.

They will also lead a hilarious Mum’s Confess segment, where mums can share their funniest parenting fails, with prizes up for grabs.

To round off the good vibes and laughs, iconic DJ Suzie Mac will keep the party vibes going with an electric live set.

Guests can celebrate surrounded by panoramic views of the city, with fizz on arrival, two cocktails, and a dish from VEGA’s brunch menu, including smashed avocado on sourdough toast and buttermilk pancakes.

Tickets are priced at £25 for a no alcohol package, £30 for a low alcohol cocktail
