Candlelight Yoga & Women’s Circle

An evening of yoga by candlelight followed by a herbal tea women’s circle – all women including cis & trans women are welcome.

This candlelight yoga event is suitable for all bodies & all experience levels so even if you’re a complete beginner, please come along!

The main focus of the evening will be relaxation and finding what feels good for you so plenty of options will be given & there will be plenty of blankets, blocks & bolsters to hand.

We’ll begin the evening with some grounding pranayama (breathwork), before flowing into a dreamy slow paced vinyasa, then transitioning into some yin yoga style holds & finishing with a guided yoga nidra mediation.

After our candlelight yoga & meditation I’ll pop the kettle on, serve some herbal tea then we can relax, chat & sip our tea
