Move Train Eat welcomes you to its new Mat Pilates & Group Fitness studio in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. Home to Mat Pilates, Strengthening and Stretching classes, the studio adds a fresh wellness offering to the area – a new way to exercise, connect with your body and feel good. The studio has space for 8-10 clients per class and is located on Floor 1 of Sur Wellness, 132 West Regent Street, G2 2RQ. It is equipped with mats and small Pilates equipment, which adds challenge and support to the Mat based exercises. The small classes mean clients will receive hands-on support (if they’re happy to!) and have space to move comfortably.
All levels welcome
With options for complete beginners and advanced clients, the timetable includes a range of classes, specially designed to increase strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and boost energy levels.
Launching on Monday 21st October, the timetable has classes over lunchtimes on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Owner of Move Train Eat, Mandy Easton says: “I’m very excited to open the doors to our new Pilates and Fitness classes in Sur Wellness. Whilst Pilates generally has grown in popularity over the last few years, particularly within Glasgow, there are still a lot of people who don’t know about the benefits and I want to create a safe space for them to come and learn, practice and enjoy the exercise. With experience teaching complete beginners and more advanced clients, I want to ensure there is a space here for both.”
In addition to offering studio classes, Move Train Eat also offer Pre & Post Natal Pilates, Private Pilates with Postural Analysis and Nutrition Coaching.
