For the first time, the SAN TV South Asian Music & Dance Festival 2026 will unite Nepalese, Indian and Sri Lankan dance performances on one spectacular stage, alongside talented Pakistani and Bangladeshi singers.

Celebrating the music, movement, heritage and shared spirit of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, this landmark Glasgow festival promises an unforgettable cultural experience for audiences of all backgrounds.

The family-friendly daytime programme will showcase an exciting blend of classical, folk and contemporary performances, colourful costumes, captivating choreography and the rich artistic traditions of South Asia.

As evening falls, the venue will transform into a vibrant, adults-only celebration featuring the electrifying sounds of Sri Lankan live band Vibration, South Asian rock and Bollywood fusion from Bollywood Shoonya, and powerful rap performances from Horizyn. Internationally acclaimed British-Asian music icon Apache Indian will headline the evening, bringing his unmistakable fusion of reggae, Bhangra and South Asian sounds to Glasgow.

With five communities, two unique festival experiences and one incredible stage, this is more than a performance—it is a joyful celebration of culture, connection and community.
