Scotland’s Premier Wellbeing & Leadership Summit

15 November @ 7:00 am - 16 November @ 9:00 pm
£333 – £2000

Scotland’s Premier Wellbeing & Leadership Summit

The Scottish Women’s Wellbeing Summit marks the start of a new chapter for women’s health, leadership, and workplace equity in Scotland.
On 15 November 2025, more than 250 leaders from government, the third sector, women’s charities, business founders, wellbeing innovators, and C-suite executives will gather at the Old Course Hotel, St Andrews, for the inaugural Summit.
Together, we will address how to support women’s wellbeing across every stage of life, and how doing so strengthens both leadership and business outcomes.
This is where evidence-based insight meets actionable strategies – cutting through the noise and driving change that benefits women, organisations, and the wider economy.
We invite your organisation to join those shaping the future of women’s wellbeing and leadership.
Register now to participate in Scotland’s movement for women’s wellbeing, leadership, and equity.

Meet the Founder:
Lesley Canis

“Women’s wellbeing cannot be separated from women’s leadership. If workplaces fail to support women through every stage of life — from menstrual and maternity care to menopause — they lose not only talent, but the innovation and leadership that drive organisations forward.

We know the costs of inequity: the pay gap that persists, the rising price of childcare, the lack of consistent support for women’s health. These are not just personal challenges; they are structural barriers that weaken businesses and economies.

My vision is simple: that in the years ahead, summits like this will no longer be necessary because equity and wellbeing will be embedded into every workplace. Until then, we must keep building the case and shaping the future — because when women thrive, leadership and business thrive with them.”
