Join Emma for a new Yoga & Mindfulness Class in Glasgow’s West End! Flow through mindful movement to rejuvenate your mind and body. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is suitable for all levels.
Sunday Unwind is all about pressing pause and recharging your batteries at the end of your week. Rebalancing the nervous system to prepare for a restful night’s sleep and the week ahead. Wear your comfiest clothes and prepare to ease out tension and truly unwind.

Emma is a qualified 200-hr yoga instructor, with a background in leading supportive / therapeutic activities in the NHS. Emma offers a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that you feel comfortable throughout the session. You will leave feeling refreshed, energised, and more connected with yourself.
