Snowflake Gelato is coming to Silverburn. The artisan gelato brand opens at the Glasgow centre on Wednesday 19 August, bringing its handcrafted gelato, sorbet and viral Snow treats to shoppers in the south side.

Every Snowflake gelato is made with organic Jersey milk and cream and slow-churned in small batches by skilled Italian gelato chefs, alongside a range of dairy-free sorbets. The counter also features the brand’s Snow treats, including Snow Mango and Snow Berry, plus an iced matcha and mojito drinks range.

To mark the opening, the team is creating a brand new flavour exclusive to Glasgow, developed for the launch and available nowhere else. The flavour will be revealed closer to the opening date.

Silverburn is Snowflake’s third Scottish site, joining Glasgow Braehead and St James Quarter in Edinburgh.
