Salty Soundbath

Slip into a Sunday Salty Sound Bath at Glasgow Salt Therapy.

 

Toni Falconer will help you to escape the bustle of the city and the stress of everyday life in an hour long sound bath experience that is combined with dry salt therapy.

 

You’ll be immersed in the ancient sound therapies that have been in the heart of cultures for millennia, in a full-bodied, meditative experience that can provide deep healing.

 

Our salt therapy room will be filled with sounds from the ancient past, traditional Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes, sending out the resonant healing frequencies cultures across the ages have looked to for their restorative properties.

 

Toni specialises in Buddhist meditation so will guide you into a therapeutic, relaxed state where restorative balance is the gogal.

 

Your soundbath therapy will also include 60 minutes of dry salt therapy.
