Fiona Campbell Arrand launched her new leadership book Working with Trust on Thursday afternoon at Maison by Glaschu in Glasgow, bringing together local business professionals, leaders and coaches for a relaxed and enjoyable celebration.
From the moment guests arrived, the room had a real buzz – the sound of people catching up, laughing and glasses clinking. With fizz and canapés in hand, there was a genuine sense of connection as people shared stories, exchanged ideas and enjoyed the chance to network in a warm, informal setting.
The event was also streamed live on LinkedIn, allowing others to join from across the UK and beyond.
Hosted by Heather Offord, the afternoon blended learning with fun, as Fiona introduced the thinking behind Working with Trust, a book inspired by her late husband, Duncan, whose belief in the importance of trust in leadership helped shape its foundations. She shared how trust is earned in the small, everyday moments and outlined practical frameworks and coaching models that leaders can use to build stronger relationships, create clarity and improve performance.
The book was developed with the support of the Curious Wolf Collective, founded by Suzanne Ulph. The collective supports authors from initial idea through to publication, bringing together specialist expertise in book coaching, editing, design, layout and self-publishing.
Fiona worked closely with the team throughout the entire process, from shaping the content and structure of the book through to its final production, ensuring a professional and high-quality book
Working with Trust is designed for leaders, managers, coaches and business professionals who want practical tools they can apply straight away to build trust and lead with greater impact.
The book is now available on Amazon.
