We have partnered with Partick Thistle Football Club on the year of their 150th anniversary to host a walking tour dedicated to this great club. Ahead of the men’s game against Dunfermline on Saturday 11th April you can join us on a 3-hour tour taking in important historical sites, great stories, funny anecdotes, recognising terrific club personnel & so much more! We’re meeting in the Islay Inn for a 10.30am kick off. We’ll be stopping at some of the club’s original grounds & cover some history about the area of Partick; each stop including history of the club. We’ll utilise the subway and make our way to St George’s Cross Station then walk to Firhill; concluding in the Aitken Suite where you can enjoy a pie & a pint. Please note the pie & pint aren’t included in the price but the subway ticket is. The cost of this experience is £30 for an adult and £15 children (16 & under).
