Highly Tipped Scottish Star to Headline Two Nights at Glasgow Barrowland

One of the country’s top musical talents, Beluga Lagoon, has announced two headline shows at the iconic Barrowland Ballroom on 10 and 11 April.

Beluga Lagoon, the project helmed by Scottish wildlife filmmaker Andrew O’Donnell, has been captivating audiences across the country with his nature-inspired music and powerful live performances.

Following his biggest headline shows to date — at Kelvingrove Bandstand in Glasgow and Floors Castle in Kelso — alongside a standout performance at Hoolie in the Hydro, which actor Martin Compston described as “utterly joyful” on Instagram, O’Donnell and his band now return to one of Scotland’s most iconic venues.

His music, described as an ode to the Scottish outdoors, has amassed over 20 million streams on Spotify, with a growing fanbase across Scotland and beyond. Beluga Lagoon’s latest album, “The Tomb’s O’ The Faeries”, was released earlier this year and received widespread acclaim.

The upcoming shows mark a highly anticipated return to the Barrowland, following his debut appearance in May 2024, which sold out in just three minutes.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Friday 19 December) at 10am from belugalagoon.com.
